Innovation is a fascinating yet tricky subject. It seems similar to strategy, but it is not strategy. Some people think it is the same as R&D, but it is not. Much of it is explained by creativity, which is real but not easy to analyze. If you want to be an innovator, I am not sure if reading a book will help you (especially if we believe that innvoation is largegly the product of creativity).
